What do you like best about DocumentPro?

it was simple to use once I had understood what I needed to do. For smaller users like myself, I found the UI not as intuitive as it will be in the future, that said there was little that was difficult with a bit of instruction. Unlike other apps that I've used I found the rep from DocumentPro patient and accessable, he took the time with me to teach me how to best use the app given my level of use. DocumentPro is unique in that it's constructed in a manner that meets the needs of smaller users as well as bulk users. Pricing permts me to keep within budget without having to purchase more than I needed, I found this refreshing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocumentPro?

The UI needs a little work, of course if I had taken the time to read the documentation provided I probably wouldn't have had the small amount of trouble that I had. The rep walked me through the spots I found rough. I think that most users will find DocumentPro refreshing and easy to work with, despite some challenges with the UI. What problems is DocumentPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have what I feel is a complicated parsing need and I was suprised at the speed which DocumentPro resolved my document, While I will not be a daily user, my need for accurate parsing of my PDF data is serious. This saves me a great deal of time and effort. I found it difficult to use initally, but that was on me, had I been paying a bit more attention I would not have needed additional support to get moving. The UI needs a bit of work but once DocumentPro has a solid customer base they'll certainly cater to their needs. What surprised me most was the assistance I was provided to get moving. I am among few businesses that will need a business associate agreement (HIPPA) and the rep assured me that they would be able to meet my needs for this security.
