"Automates Documentation, but Main-Branch Diffs Need Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Documentation AI?

I like that Documentation AI can connect to GitHub, Confluence, Jira, HubSpot, Intercom, and user feedback, then use that information to generate a first draft in scenarios where there are not enough details for documentation. I also like seeing the differences between document versions and being able to accept or reject changes, and creating automation workflows. It helps me ramp up documentation, produce better output, save bandwidth for reviewing documents and tickets, write better release notes, and focus on what customers want. I like that documentation can update automatically when code changes in GitHub, so I don’t have to update it manually or risk leaving it incomplete. Setup was easy, and the technical documentation was clear. I also appreciate the feature of seamless documentation migration from Mintlify and other sources. What do you dislike about Documentation AI?

I’d find it helpful if Documentation AI added advanced or agentic AI features. The before-and-after differences and the option to accept or reject changes line by line seem to appear only when I’m working on a feature branch, not on the main branch. I’d like to have the same feature on the main branch too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
