DocuClipper is very helpful by transferring data on a .pdf into workable spreadsheet format. It is very efficient and also categorizes transactions well. Using DocuClipper has streamlined my bookkeeping tasks because it also reconciles the bank statements. I have saved countless hours using DocuClipper! I am still learning the various tools but I did notice that when I updated the categories to remove the preset/default ones such as Groceries or Bills/Utilities, sometimes, when I categorize a client's transactions, they still show up.
