What do you like best about Doctor Genius?

Excellent communication from the staff. Staff is small enough that when you call, you are able to immediate speak with someone to have issues or questions resolved. We have not had any issues so far with customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doctor Genius?

We have not had any issues at this time. The company redesigned our entire website and social media platforms. Corrections or changes are easily made with the excellent customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doctor Genius solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our website was outdated and in much need of a makeover. The new website is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it's such vital source of information for our patients. We are easily able to direct them to the website to read up on the latest dental procedures so they can education themselves more on their treatments. The patient tracking system has also proved vital, as it tracks new patients that contact our office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
