Few things I liked within the Smart contract analytics platform are deeper visibility of contract meta data, OCR data extraction from scanned documents, robust search within the contracts by keyword, phrase or clause and efficient finding of deviations within clauses of executed contracts from their standard templates making contract review very quick and easy. Recommendations to others considering Docskiff Smart Contract Analytics: I would recommend you take a demo first and then if you want to play with the features, you ask for a Sandbox set up by signing an NDA and giving some of your sample documents that you want to try the tool on and then make a decision based on what you see as the outcome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Docskiff Smart Contract Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you? We had 5000 legacy contracts that were paper based and scanned and we were not able to understand the key metadata within these contracts. Using this tool we could get full visibility on key terms across these legacy contracts thereby helping us see where our contracts were auto renewing, which contracts are getting renewed when, any deviations we had accepted in comparison to our standard legally vetted templates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
