I really like that DocRead works directly inside SharePoint, which means we don't have to move documents to another system or train staff on a new platform. The targeted assignments feature is very useful for sending documents like drilling procedures only to specific field teams, keeping tracking accurate and helping us focus on target assignments rather than unnecessary work.
