What do you like best about DocLink?

I really value DocLink’s immutable activity logging for every shared document. Every view attempt, download, and link expiration event gets permanently timestamped, which is indispensable during regulatory audits. I also appreciate how quickly I can revoke access to shared material with one click. These capabilities greatly reduce the stress on our compliance workload when handling highly-sensitive medical documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocLink?

Bulk-editing shared link settings creates unnecessary friction within DocLink. When we prepare dozens of document shares for a scheduled audit, we cannot adjust expiry dates or access permissions for multiple links all at once; every link has to be modified individually. Additionally, its alerting system lacks configurable custom triggers. We cannot set up targeted notifications for high-priority events such as unauthorized download attempts, so our compliance staff must manually comb through lengthy log tables to spot suspicious activity, adding extra hours to our weekly compliance review workload.
