What do you like best about DocJacket?

One of my favorite features is the balance between AI and flexibility. DocJacket uses AI to extract key information from contracts, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual data entry. At the same time, it doesn't force you into an AI-driven workflow. You still have complete control over your own processes, checklists, templates, and automations. Whether you want AI to do more of the work or prefer to manage every step yourself, the platform gives you that flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocJacket?

Whenever I've run into something I didn't like or thought could be improved, I've shared my feedback with the team. What stands out is that I honestly can't think of a suggestion that wasn't addressed. Casey has been incredibly responsive, and many of the improvements I've requested have been implemented quickly. What problems is DocJacket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before switching to DocJacket, our previous transaction management software didn't have any AI capabilities. Opening a new file required a lot of manual data entry, which was one of the most time-consuming parts of our workflow. With DocJacket, AI extracts key information directly from the contract, significantly reducing the amount of manual work needed to get a transaction started.
