What do you like best about Docebo?

I know the platform from my former employer and I like that it is very flexible and easy to manage. Besides, the staff at Docebo is very dedicated and supportive. We always have a good basis for discussions and arguments and I have the feeling that our needs and issues are understood. Needless to say that not every issue addressed by us can be solved, but we see that our contact person Jihane (CSM) is always trying to find aolutions or workarounds. What do you dislike about Docebo?

There is not really anything that I dislike about Docebo. I have seen how my former employer has used to platform to implement great courses for German, but I think there is still potential for companies like G DATA that use it as a LMS for different clients and not for themselves. What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I appreciate that Docebo allows for self-enrollment and makes it simple to track course completion. The feature to create learning plans, which lets you bundle courses and set prerequisites to control the sequence in which lessons are completed, is a real time-saver and helps ensure users follow the intended schedule without getting ahead. - Docebo offers an excellent service right from the start, regardless if you're just interested or already a customer.

- Setting the system up was easy, as it was accompanied and supported by a project team of Docebo. The whole process was very structured and well-thought.

- After the onboarding process you know the whole LMS inside out.

- In addition to that Docebo offers a ton of great features and possibilities to adapt the platform to your needs.

- Customer support is quite fast when you experience any issues (which rarely occur).

- We use the platform on a daily basis and received great feedback from our users.

What do you like best about Docebo?

What I keep coming back to is how grounding it feels to have all our SOPs and training paths in one place. At Adbuffs, things move fast. New media buyers join, platforms change their rules, we run experiments nonstop, and it’s easy for small details to slip if you’re not careful. Docebo gives me a sense of “okay, at least the fundamentals are covered.”

When someone new joins the team, I can send them straight into a training path and know they’ll get the exact workflow we actually use. Not the version in my head or in a random Google Doc. The real one. And I appreciate being able to update those modules without rebuilding everything from scratch. The automation helps too. There are moments when the platform feels like it’s hiding secret switches behind the walls. You think you’ve configured something correctly, and then you realize one tiny setting is off and the whole path behaves differently. It’s not that the system is bad, it’s just… picky. Paid media work is full of nuance, and having a place where we can train people on those nuances without repeating ourselves ten times a week is a relief. It’s helped us speed up onboarding, especially when someone’s coming in fresh to performance marketing.
