What I like most about Docebo is that learning fits into the workday instead of interrupting it. I mostly rely on Learning Paths, AI Coach, Course Catalog, Mobile Learning, Certifications, and Learning Analytics because each one supports a different part of the training process. Employees can quickly find the courses they need, continue learning from their phones when they're away from their desks, and get answers through AI Coach without waiting for someone else. What do you dislike about Docebo? The platform includes plenty of configuration options, so setting up learning programs the first time takes some planning. One challenge we faced was giving employees enough time to learn while keeping daily work moving. Traditional training sessions weren't always practical because everyone had different schedules. With Docebo, learning became much more flexible since employees could access the right courses when it suited them, continue training from different devices, and track their own progress.
