"Docebo’s Clean UI, Reliable Uptime, and Steady Stream of New Features"

What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo has improved a lot of features over the past year and continues to provide new features that improve service delivery. It has a very clean UI/UX for both staff and admins and almost no downtime. There are many AI features available if your organization is prioritizing AI. Additionally, they offer many great integration options and competitive pricing. They are very responsive to tickets and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

There is an AI push but it is not too obnoxious. Additionally some key features were missing but have since been slated for addition. There is some clunkiness with the legacy web-apps and the newer parts of docebo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Docebo has added multiple elearning completions which helps us with regulatory compliance courses, and they are updating certifications and in-person completions which is a big help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
