What do you like best about DocBeacon?

I really like the heatmap. It shows exactly where people spend time on the page, so it’s not just “they opened it”, I can see what actually caught their attention. When a client spends extra time on the pricing section, that’s my cue to follow up. It’s simple, visual, and surprisingly helpful in real sales situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocBeacon?

Would be great to have more integrations with tools like Notion or HubSpot. Apart from that, it's been stable and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve tried other proposal tools before, but most of them only show how long someone stayed on each page. That data feels flat. DocBeacon’s heatmap gives way more context, it shows which parts were read, skipped. That level of detail helps me understand what people care about and makes follow ups way more targeted.
