What do you like best about DocBeacon?

What I appreciate most are the detailed engagement analytics, which let me see not just who has opened my document, but also how they navigate through it. The heatmap feature is particularly valuable for identifying which sections capture the most interest, making it easier for me to improve my sales proposals. What do you dislike about DocBeacon?

The platform is still developing, and I look forward to seeing more advanced features added in the future. In particular, I would like to have options for custom branding on document links and greater integration possibilities with CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I started using DocBeacon, I had no reliable way to tell if clients were actually reviewing the proposals I sent. I was left to guess based on their replies or had to follow up with them directly. With DocBeacon, I now have complete visibility—I can see exactly who has opened my documents, how much time they spent on them, and which sections caught their interest.

This insight allows me to pinpoint serious prospects and customize my follow-ups using real engagement data. It saves me time, makes my outreach more targeted, and has improved my close rate.
