What do you like best about Distyl AI?

As a marketing leader, I'm constantly being pitched AI solutions that promise the world but are essentially black boxes. Distyl is refreshingly different because they understand that customizing AI for enterprise needs is not a nice-to-have, it's a requirement. What I like most is their approach to combining AI-native software with a top-tier engineering team. What do you dislike about Distyl AI?

The biggest hurdle for us has been the initial investment of time and resources required to really get started. Because their solution is so customizable, it requires a deep dive into your existing data infrastructure and processes. This isn't a tool you can just sign up for and start using in an afternoon. What problems is Distyl AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem Distyl is solving for us is the "build versus buy" paralysis that has been plaguing our marketing tech strategy. We have unique data and unique needs, but we don't have the internal engineering capacity to build sophisticated AI agents from scratch. Off-the-shelf AI tools are great for standard use cases, but they can't handle the complexity of our specific data models or the nuanced logic we need for identifying high-value trial users.
