What do you like best about Distribute?

The customization stands out. We create dynamic deal rooms tailored to each prospect’s pain points—e.g., embedding ROI calculators for CFOs and compliance checklists for legal teams. The video tool’s screen-recording + annotation feature lets us walk through proposals asynchronously, which prospects prefer over live demos. Integration with Salesforce ensures all interactions auto-log in our CRM, saving hours of manual entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Distribute?

Pricing transparency could improve. While scalable for large teams, smaller businesses might find the per-seat model restrictive. We also wish the AI-generated call summaries (from recordings) were editable pre-save, as occasional inaccuracies slip through. What problems is Distribute solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with inconsistent messaging between sales and marketing. Distribute’s content library ensures reps use only approved, up-to-date materials. After adopting it, our sales cycle shortened by 14 days on average because buyers get all resources upfront.
