I love how Disprz is super easy to use, and our employees actually enjoy learning on it. It serves as our one-stop shop for all things learning, with everything organized and easy to track at a glance. Managing training programs isn't a headache anymore because everything we need is in one place, like courses, assessments, and tracking. We can build proper courses and learning paths, run assessments to prove training effectiveness, and track everyone's progress in one dashboard. This makes training something we can measure and improve, not just a box to tick. The setup was very easy; everything was done in just one week, and we were ready to go live before the launch date. Not much to complain about really. Sometimes we wish for a bit more customization, but every time we've mentioned something, the team actually listens and works on it. Mainly branding and reporting a bit more flexibility to match our company's look and feel, and the ability to build custom reports instead of using set templates.
