The interface is user-friendly, and I like that I can either send a request to a candidate to initiate their background check or enter their information myself to get it started. Having a few different ways to begin the process feels versatile, and I also appreciate being able to add additional products (MVR for delivery drivers, Social Media for Marketing, etc.) depending on the position within the company.
