"Direction Local is a godsend for our local search engine visibility"

What do you like best about Direction Local?

Our biggest problem as a local business is generating the momentum needed to thrive. It's an arduous process because you need customers to get the reviews and you need reviews to get the customers. Using Direction Local, we've alleviated ourselves from the burden of searching across the web for every instance where our business shows up. In doing so, we can monitor our reviews, ratings and reputation from one-easy-to-use platform. It's invigorated our marketing strategy and has made the job fun again.

Think of how many locations online your business is displayed. Yelp, Google, Bing, the numerous directories online. It's difficult to align them all with the same information. Really makes things a whole lot easier for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Direction Local?

I can't say there are many cons. The price is affordable and the software gets the job done exactly as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Direction Local solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially we didn't know what we were looking for. There are so many business directories online. It's very difficult to manage them all. At first, we thought we would hire an agency to do the legwork for us but then upon noticing Direction Local, we found an easy way to manage all of our business listings from one place for a low monthly rate.
