I like how intuitive the DirectEmployers Association platform is and how easy it is to share the outreach I’ve completed. The customer service team’s support and education are great. I can easily reach out to new organizations across the country and use their known networks to amplify our positions, which helps me fill jobs quicker and grow our employer brand. Tagging an email address to outreach makes it easy to introduce Tech South to new employment partners and helps us market and advertise to new individuals, including military and civilian personnel. I also enjoy the monthly seminars and video calls with new employment partners, which introduce me to segments of the population I haven’t reached out to. The initial setup was extremely easy.
