What do you like best about DirectAdmin?

Our team relies on this panel to manage all of our business and client sites. The best part is how lightweight it is; even when we get sudden spikes in traffic, the server doesn't lag or freeze up. Also, the one-click SSL setup is a massive lifesaver because it takes care of site security automatically without us having to configure it manually every time. What do you dislike about DirectAdmin?

It gets annoying jumping back and forth between the admin dashboard and individual user accounts when you are trying to fix a quick issue. It just feels like too many steps for simple updates. On top of that, the help articles are way too technical for beginners, so onboarding new people on our team takes a lot longer than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DirectAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this, we were overpaying for clunky control panels that were constantly eating up our server memory. Switching to DirectAdmin fixed that lag immediately. Our websites are loading much faster now, and because so many of the basic maintenance tasks are automated, our team easily saves 3 to 4 hours of tedious work every single week.
