"Diplomat MFT: Seamless Secure File Transfers with Excellent Integrations"

What do you like best about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

Diplomat MFT has helped us tremendously by moving files around our environment and by providing a secure SFTP portal for our customers, along with the added benefits of enhanced encryption. We have about 100 active jobs that run many times a day, and with this software I can truly set it up and forget it because it runs so smoothly.

The integrations are excellent—SharePoint, ShareFile, the local network, FTP, SFTP—you name it, and it supports it. The UI is also very user-friendly and gives a clear view of what’s going on at any given time. Onboarding was a breeze, and for the price, you just can’t beat it. Best software by far. What do you dislike about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

I can’t think of any dislikes. We’ve never run into an issue that we—or Diplomat Support—couldn’t fix. We rely on this for many critical things. One time the system went down hard and wouldn’t come back up, but Support answered the phone immediately, and within an hour we were back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diplomat Managed File Transfer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Diplomat solves our problems with advanced file movement. Before, we were relying on manual scripting and Windows Task Scheduler. We also tried using Axway Secure Client for some of the same tasks, but everything was very basic and we were limited in what we could do. Now that we’ve been using Diplomat for the last three years, I haven’t run into a single request that it can’t handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
