What do you dislike about Diligent Entities?

If anything the amzingly large suite of customisable functionality means it does take a little training to get the best out of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent Entities solving and how is that benefiting you?

Diligent Entities allows me to manage companies where owners, controllers, directors are spread geographically with ease. I can process transactions and send documents directly out of the system for signing electronically, staff with access can retrieve registers and ownership information with ease, and the system reminds us when deadlines are due and automatically makes required filings at UK Companies House once reminders are acted upon and required entries to the system made. Additionally we can keep track of all our entities' contracts, licenses, IPs etc. from right in the system including the creation of an uploaded library of documentation relating to them.
