What do you like best about Diligent Boards?

The system allows you to fully manage your board meetings, votes and governance completely online and give relevant people the relevant access. The board paper builder is a huge time saver. Being able to update items and just send a notification means everyone has the correct board deck at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?

There's a few different modules so getting the full range of options is quite expensive and may be out of reach of SMB's also some of the modules have less values than the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Diligent Boards:

Figure out a couple of things. What do you need out of the modules. Is secure chat a requirement? Is the board InSites necessary? There's a lot there and it can add up but you can get a lot of what you need from less modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?

The board meetings were completely manual. Items and documents were emailed by a certain date and manually collated and distributed. This meant any changes meant the whole thing needed to be resent. Minutes, action items and voting were also very manual. Big time sink every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
