What do you like best about Diligent Boards?

What I like most about Diligent Boards is how it keeps board materials, meeting agendas, and important documents organised in one place. I regularly use the document-sharing and annotation features, which make reviewing materials and collaborating much easier. The interface is clean, navigation is smooth, and documents load reliably. What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?

One thing I dislike about Diligent Boards is that some features can take a little time to navigate, especially when managing large board packs or switching between documents. The search functionality could also be more intuitive, and integrations with other productivity tools could be smoother to reduce manual uploads. While performance is generally reliable, occasional loading delays can interrupt workflow. I would also like to see smarter AI-powered document summaries and more flexible pricing options. What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Diligent Boards, managing board meeting documents, sharing updates, and keeping track of different versions involved a lot of emails and manual coordination. Now, everything is organised in one secure platform, making it much easier to access documents, review materials, and collaborate. It has reduced administrative work and saved us several hours during meeting preparation.
