What do you like best about DigitalDrawer?

What I like best about DigitalDrawer is its simple, familiar interface that mimics a traditional filing cabinet. It’s super easy to set up cabinets, drawers, and folders just like you would with physical files — which makes the transition from paper to digital smooth. What do you dislike about DigitalDrawer?

The biggest downside is that it lacks cloud-based access. It’s an on-premise system, so if you're working remotely, you won’t be able to access your files unless your office sets up a workaround. Also, there’s no mobile app, which would be helpful for quick access on the go. The initial setup for admin roles and backups can be a bit technical too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigitalDrawer solving and how is that benefiting you?

DigitalDrawer is helping us eliminate paper clutter and digitize our office records efficiently. We used to waste a lot of time searching for physical files and dealing with missing paperwork. Now, everything is neatly organized and easy to retrieve.
