I have encountered minimal challenges in configuring all necessary elements for my events. Facilitating communication, whether with individuals or a group of participants, is exceptionally straightforward. Despite utilizing the 'basic' version, the software surpasses typical expectations associated with basic versions, given its robust features. The customer service representatives have consistently exhibited excellence. In my interactions with the CSOs regarding the product, I anticipated potential upselling to premium levels, but to my satisfaction, they have provided genuine and practical solutions within the existing 'basic' version I am currently utilizing.
