What do you like best about Digital Samba?

I've enjoyed using Digital Samba because it's simple to navigate and doesn't take long to get used to. The video and audio quality are usually reliable, so meetings run smoothly without constant interruptions. I also like that I can join meetings quickly without dealing with complicated setup.

One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to collaborate with others. Features like screen sharing, chat, and recording make it easier to communicate and keep track of important discussions. It's especially useful when working with remote teams or attending online training sessions.

The most helpful part for me is how stable and straightforward the platform is. I can focus on the meeting instead of worrying about technical issues, which makes it a much better experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digital Samba?

What I like least about Digital Samba is that it can sometimes experience connection or audio issues, especially if the internet isn't stable. The interface is easy to use, but it feels a bit basic compared to some other video meeting platforms. I also think having more integrations and customization options would make it even better. What problems is Digital Samba solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digital Samba helps solve the challenge of keeping everyone connected when we're not in the same location. Instead of spending time arranging in-person meetings, we can quickly join a video call, share our screens, and discuss work in real time. This has made communication much faster and reduced delays when decisions need to be made.

For me, the biggest benefit is that I can attend meetings, training sessions, and team discussions from anywhere without missing important updates.
