What do you like best about Digital Personnel File?

I like best the connection to the Document Generator. After generating a document it is automatically saved (if wanted) in the respective digital file. Like that the administrative work and the paper consumption could be drastically reduced.

What do you dislike about Digital Personnel File?

The app is not optimized for mobile devices. Depending on the device, not all contents are visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Digital Personnel File:

I would recommend having both - the Digital Personnel File and the Document Generator- in order to maximize the benefit. The connection between those two apps help a lot in reducing the manual work in the HR department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Digital Personnel File solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Digital Personal File has helped us a lot moving forward with the digitization in our HR department. Due to the features that allow to set retention periods and different permissions we can now largely abandon paper documents in our department and still be GDPR compliant. Also the Digital Personnel File reduces the administrative work load since some of the documents will be stored in the file automatically and the others can be added easily by drag and drop.
