"Structured Audit and Realistic Forecasting That Fixed Our Lead Funnel"

What do you like best about Digital Hunch?

We came to Digital Hunch with qualified leads down about 60% and no idea whether the cause was the market, the creative, or our own account. We gave them ad account access and a short brief. What came back was a structured read of the channel across seven areas, each with a verdict: change this, or this one is fine, leave it alone. Two things stood out. They separated where the money was going from where the results were coming from, and showed that roughly a third of our daily budget was sitting in a campaign with zero results, because the booking event from our Calendly widget never reached the pixel. The second thing was the forecasting: every recommendation carried a realistic minimum, a maximum, and a most likely value, so we could argue with the estimate instead of just believing it. They also reviewed the 21-item recommendation list we had collected from other experts and marked what they would cross out and why, including two items they expected to make our situation worse. What do you dislike about Digital Hunch?

This was a short express audit rather than a full engagement, and the limits were visible. One area, placements, they left open because we never sent the breakdown they asked for, and they wrote that down instead of filling the gap with something plausible. The diagnosis also stopped at the edge of our CRM. They could show that every qualified lead in the period came from lead forms and none from the site, but they could not tell us why our lead-to-qualified rate fell, because we do not join ad spend to qualified leads anywhere. So their first recommendation was to build that reporting before changing anything in the account. Correct, and it also means the payoff is not immediate. What problems is Digital Hunch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our qualified lead flow from Meta had dropped by around 60% and we needed an outside expert view before burning another month on guesses. Digital Hunch audited the account and turned the mess into a short executable list: pause the campaign spending about a third of the daily budget on an event that was never being tracked, hold the site-campaign budget until we can prove those cheap leads qualify, switch the Polish segment back on (it had been turned off manually while it was still producing leads at about $14), and replace the single video that had been running in every campaign for a month at a frequency above 6. The benefit is a shorter list. We went from twenty-plus ideas of unknown value to two measurement tasks and a handful of account changes, each with a stated expected range we can check against reality in a month.
