It allows me to digitize a process that is normally physical, update the way of selling, and open up more opportunities. I can adapt it to my technological ecosystem and make the purchase flow transition from physical to digital, providing a better user experience. I can also offer upsells and cross-sells within the same purchase process, and the tool allows the sales representative to control orders and the catalog. I can customize it on the front and backend to make the process more efficient and adapt it to what we need.
