What do you like best about DigiSigner?

As a transaction coordinator, this is a great value for having our own signing platform. It has sequential signing, templates, adding text and signatures is really easy and intuitive. It shows me the status of who has signed and who hasn't. It has an available date/time stamp with the signature like Dotloop has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigiSigner?

The checkmark is difficult to place accurately, and this is an issue I'm told they're working on. I can't correct a document after it's been sent for signature, like in DocuSign. I must void it and start over. It also only has one customizable message that goes to all signers, rather than custom messages for each signer, like DocuSign has. Also, it would be nice if the audit trail was downloadable. As it stands, I sometimes need to screenshot it, convert to PDF, combine with the document in another app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are working on the placement of the checkbox fields. I hope they will also consider allowing correction of all aspects of the signing envelope: document fields, signatories, messages after it's been sent but not signed yet.
