What do you like best about DigiFi Loan Origination System?

I like that Digify offers the ability to customize the application view for each project, as well as a test environment that is separate from production, allowing you to safely test all functionality. It also provides the ability to automatically launch strategies and execute functionality using the automation builder, and to notify the team via email. What do you dislike about DigiFi Loan Origination System?

I dislike that tasks have list of statuses that can't be modified as it works with application statuses. I would like to have the ability to create custom statuses for tasks — the same way it's implemented for the application. Sometimes it's inconvenient that changes added in the test environment are all pushed to production at once during a release. Since several developers test different functionality and modify the test environment simultaneously, you can accidentally release something extra — or you have to double-check or clean things up. Digifi allows you to structure project-related information, which helps employees quickly navigate and find the data they need. Automated execution of functionality and the integration of an AI agent reduce the amount of manual work for employees. Thanks to email notifications, the team promptly receives information about the project's status and processes it efficiently, without wasting extra time on checks and searching for information.
