They’re constantly adapting and innovating the product in ways that add value not only for our organization, but for other customers as well. Their team takes the time to deeply understand your challenges and works with you to get you to the finish line you’re aiming for.

A few features feel a bit premature (capsules, for example) and don’t seem as robust as some of the other functionality. I also think the UX of the Monitor tab could be more elegant and better rounded out, especially in terms of overall polish and reliability.

Digibee helps us move faster as a smaller team and company. It allows us to onboard customers and scale our network more efficiently, with less overhead and fewer operational burdens.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

I like Digibee for its ease of use and low-code approach, which makes building and managing integrations faster without writing a lot of code. The monitoring and error-handling features are very helpful and make it easy to identify and fix issues. It also scales well and provides reliable performance for integrations. The initial setup was fairly easy for our team, and the onboarding process was well structured. Digibee helped us simplify integrations, reduce development time, and improve reliability when we switched from a more traditional integration approach.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

Some areas of Digibee could be improved, such as better documentation for advanced use cases and more examples for complex integrations. The learning curve can be a bit steep for beginners, especially when working with custom logic. Improving the user interface performance and adding more debugging tools would also make the experience better.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

I appreciate Digibee for its cost-effectiveness, especially when compared to AWS and Oracle databases. The affordability makes it the best part for me. I’m also impressed with Digibee as a new platform. The interface is enjoyable to use, which enhances my experience. Furthermore, the database interface is user-friendly, significantly impacting our team positively. It was easy for my team to understand and use the Digibee platform, and they became quite comfortable with it after just one day.

Often, it is necessary to consult specialists to perform these conversions, which makes the process slow and frustrating. Additionally, I found that the initial setup of Digibee was quite complicated, requiring specialized knowledge, which did not facilitate a quick or autonomous implementation.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

Digibee's infrastructure built on utilizing containers allows me to focus on developing new integrations and not worrying about incoming data not being received. The interface is easy to use and provides all the tools I need. Being able to add custom Javascript provides the ability to introduce any custom logic that may be necessary.

Customer support is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and are quick to help resolve any issues or questions that I have. They provide the knowledge to help me avoid issues in the future and provide solutions to the problem at hand. Such a great resource.

Digibee is also doing a terrific job integrating AI thoughtfully into the product. The ability to create documentation for a workflow with the press of a button is priceless. After using the feature many times, the accuracy has been spot on and most of the edits I have made are just to add a word here and there.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

My biggest issue with Digibee is using capsules. They have the potential to be very useful and powerful in building complex integrations, but I find their use limited currently. Thinking of them like functions, it is odd that you cannot use a capsule inside of another capsule.

Management of users and roles feels a little complex and unintuitive as well. It is good that they provide a set of users and groups out of the box, but when creating my own custom configurations, it has required a bit of trial and error to get them set up correctly.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

I like how robust the platform is for processing JSON data. You are given more than enough resources to design integrations with low cost of ownership. The customer support feature is also awesome, especially for learners like me who learn best from having hands-on experience - customer support was there all the way to assist me with small things that helped me get comfortable with the platform very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

Other than the fact that the platform is only native to Chrome, I do not have any other complaints.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digibee is assisting us in writing EDI data from customers into our AS400 TMS. This project would have otherwise been a complicated and heavy project without the Digibee platform.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

The partnership we maintain with them consistently aids us in addressing emergent demands. Moreover, the robustness and flexibility of their tool are pivotal aspects we highly value. Additionally, we appreciate their provision of a learning platform integrated within the tool (Digibee Academy). These elements substantially contribute to our mutual success. The IA documentation tool it's a great improvement from last review too, and the alerts feature it's an awesome addition too.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

A criticism I would like to highlight is the frequent turnover of personnel in projects over time, leading to the loss of accumulated knowledge and lack of consistency. This turnover undermines team stability and efficiency, compromising the quality and continuity of deliveries.

Another point worth mentioning is the lack of functionality in their logs that allows for efficient filtering based on the frequency of occurrence of certain log patterns within a specified timeframe. It would greatly enhance usability if there were capabilities to connect to Elasticsearch for more flexible manipulation as needed.

The problems they solve range from integrations between legacy, new, and complex systems to the construction of new solutions aimed at addressing robust business challenges and supporting day-to-day operations.

The main positive point of digibee is undoubtedly the quality and speed of support. Whenever necessary, we can call an attendant in the chat and clarify any doubts.

I believe Digibee could improve the feature documentation, using more examples of basic and advanced levels to make the explanation assertive to more situations.

Digibee greatly facilitates the integration process between COUPA and SAP systems, making the development and maintenance process easier and faster. Without digibee this process would be more labor intensive.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

The tool itself is so easy to use once you get the hang of it. When you live in a platform every day for months at a time, you don't want to feel like you're stuck in an old legacy platform. Digibee feels fresh and modern. Big congrats to the team that built it for considering the user experience as much as the functionality.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

Digibee puts a lot of effort into their training materials however it can be a little confusing if you don't already have some prior experience. Having said that, I do think this is one of the easiest platforms to learn.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Digibee has helped us bridge our internal systems together so that employee data, financial data, and project data stay in sync. As an example,  there used to be a lot of manual maintenance to keep employee records up to date across systems. Now, we have automated those processes using Digibee and removed many potential fail points along the way which saves time, money and unnecessary troubleshooting.

- Partnership with the team and breadth of the Platform. Regardless of the problem presented, they are always available to help us.
- The people who assist us are helpful and respectful. The range of technical resources available allows us to design solutions in various ways.
- Agility in development. The implementation of the pipeline is quick and easy to understand.
- Processing time of integrations. We managed to reduce the processing time of one of the largest integrations by more than 90%.
- Comprehensive platform documentation.
Online material with a wide range of content. The training, complemented by the offered materials, provided us with good conceptual references about the platform.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

- Exposure of resources for monitoring the Digibee environment (container, VPN, etc.).
Digibee has been improving a lot in this aspect, however, we still miss mechanisms to be able to monitor the resources on the Platform side.
- Lack of technical resource for performing merge. The merge actions between different pipeline versions require manual actions (management and operation).
- Lack of an (explicit) development environment.
Conceptually, 2 environments are provided in Digibee (TEST and PRODUCTION). In the "Dev" environment (which would be the Canvas), only editing and debugging of the flow is allowed. With this, it is not possible to perform pre-validations of integration with other systems, for example.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementation time for integrations. We managed to eliminate bureaucratic issues related to infrastructure preparation (physical and systemic preparation of servers, installation of complementary applications, etc.), in addition to the implementation and publication process of integration flows being very simplified, thus bringing a lot of agility.

A very well-structured tool, easy to use and integrate, in this structure we have it as an orchestrator of integrations and we will delve even deeper into its use in 2024 with new solutions and connectors that are constantly evolving. Support and documentation are always at a high level, often guiding during development.

A point that does not exist today and needs to be improved is having a way to visualize the difference between versions of the same Pipeline, so it becomes quickly visible what changes are being sent to the test or production environment.

Digibee has powerful features to integrate various systems and technologies. This is very useful because its customers can quickly develop their integration solutions. Our development team doesn't have to worry about the technological aspects, its focus is only on the business problem that will be solved because the Digibee Platform provides all the technical components that we need.

I think sometimes some changes should be more tested by the Digibee team before release, however, I understand that this is part of their continuous improvement process, so in my opinion this is not a big problem.

Before using Digibee, I had problems monitoring and controlling all my APIs, their environments and their performance. By providing an internal option for describing changes in each version, we would have a more integrated and efficient way to document the changes made in each iteration of the project. This would provide a clear and concise view of development progress, as well as a detailed trail of improvements and fixes made.

With this native control on the Digibee platform, we could record all modifications in an organized and centralized manner, facilitating communication among team members, allowing for a better understanding of the development history, and making it easier to identify potential issues or errors introduced in each version.

This functionality would significantly contribute to improving project management on the platform, making the development process and collaboration among team members more efficient. The platform enables more flexible management regarding integration, providing the opportunity for improvements in the pipeline built dynamically and agilely with full support from the Digibee team. It also provides visibility of executions (monitoring) and security of information with encryption of sensitive data and logs in case of changes and modifications. The Digibee team is agile in service, both in squads and in the interaction channel (chat) with support, which adds a lot of dynamism in resolving crisis scenarios or opportunities for improvement. I recommend the platform and the Digibee team for integration projects, as it performs very well in various scenarios from simple to more complex integrations.

When I forget to click "Confirm" before exiting the object configuration dialog. Have a warning asking if you want to exit without saving the configuration when clicking the object's close icon.

The Digibee tool assisted in the replacement of the Protheus ERP with Omie, as it was possible to build business rules within the integration that enabled Abrapp to make the system change in a way that meets accounting aspects. Since then, a customer service system and an LMS have already been interconnected, without the drama of building an API.

The log time of the integrations could be more than 180 days. It is a definition that I believe can be made by pipeline.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

The platform truly has a competitive edge, in addition to being more intuitive than others on the market, having a vast collection of components/connectors that meet practically all integration scenarios you have, it also has an unparalleled time-to-market. The Digibee team also has a sensational performance, always being helpful and focused on solving the problem. The CSM Carlos Eduardo (Duda) has been supporting us in initiatives within our company and in training sessions.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

I feel that the academy could have more practical examples, especially of more complex scenarios, but I understand that the content is constantly evolving and we have the IET team to support us.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enable people who do not have deep technical knowledge or experience in integration to act and implement integrations. This ensures that I do not need to have exclusive people for the technology, allowing for a leaner team and also enabling me to train people faster, ensuring that I will not have problems with hiring/allocating people to start a project.

The cooperation of Digibee employees has been vital in the construction of our integration pipeline projects, their overall skills and domain  that the team has of the platform is of very important in solving our business needs

Sometimes the support team doesn't have the necessary access to apply changes or redeploy pipelines in our environment.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

The platform enables integrations in a wide variety of formats and levels of complexity in a very agile manner. The customer service/support is exceptional, making the process smooth and without unnecessary barriers.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

Not that I don't like something on the platform, but I believe that the documentation for users could have more example cases. And the format of the integration specification (spreadsheet) might need an improvement to further facilitate the end user. Some more visual tool might possibly help.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problems concern the lack of standardization for integration processes. With Digibee, we have this layer that centralizes/standardizes the processes, we have scalability, high availability, and no concerns with infrastructure.
