What I like best about Didit is how easy it is to integrate and how complete the workflow builder is. The API and SDKs are straightforward to implement, with clear documentation that gets you up and running quickly without a lot of back-and-forth. Beyond the integration itself, the workflow builder stands out, it lets us design full identity verification flows end to end, combining steps like document verification, liveness, and AML checks into a single customizable process without needing custom code for each variation. This flexibility has saved our team significant development time and made it much easier to adapt the verification flow to different use cases as our requirements change. So far, the only thing I've found missing is that the manipulation/tampering check on the document requires a live photo capture, without the option to upload an existing image or file of the document instead. This can be limiting in scenarios where a pre-scanned or previously captured document would be more practical to use for that verification step.
