What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can record interviews with my subjects which is helpful for note taking purposes. UberConference automatically says, "This conversation is being recorded" when you push the record button which is a great practice in protecting sources and making sure both parties are aware of the recording.
