"Intuitive UI, Wish-List Features, and Exceptionally Responsive Support"

5/5

What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

The UI is very intuitive and the feature set is the closest to my "wish list" as I have found in any product. I also like the support - they are extremely responsive and helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I understand it is primarily a communication tool for phone calls, but we use it for email, also. It would be helpful if the contact records did not require a phone number. Also, it would be helpful if contacts could share email addresses (if they were not required to be unique). This would allow us to have multiple records for a family (e.g. a married couple) - each with their own phone number to receive calls, but with a shared email address. We have worked around this by recording the email address on only one contact record, but it would be helpful to attach it to both (and then have your software remove duplicates before sending out any email). What problems is DialMyCalls solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want the ability to text and call our congregants. We also want the ability to allow the congregation to determine how they want to be contacted for certain messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
