What do you like best about Dialbird?

The best part for me is how easy it is to keep track of calls and conversations.

After a call, Dialbird gives us an AI summary of what was talked about, so I don’t always have to listen to the whole recording to understand what the person wanted. I can quickly see why they called and the main things they asked about.

It’s also really helpful when someone else on the team needs to take over. They can read the summary and understand what happened without having to ask around.

Everything stays in one place, which makes keeping up with calls much easier on busy days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialbird?

Nothing major right now. Some settings took me a little while to understand when we first started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialbird solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re a small team and can’t always answer every call when it comes in. Before, that meant some calls would go unanswered and we’d have to find time to deal with them later.

Dialbird helps us handle those calls when we’re busy, so we’re not relying on someone being free every time the phone rings.
