What do you like best about Dialbird?

We've used AI receptionist in the past, and it was okay until things became messy. The clean interface of Dialbird has been pleasant and it's amazing how it also has the full phone system with the AI agents in 1 place. We love how easy it is to customise everything, how we want each call and message to be handled and being able to turn certain AI and automation features on and off. The mobile app has also been another benefit as our team is often on the move for client meetings.

What do you dislike about Dialbird?

They’ve increased the price of their business plan, but I can appreciate the direction they’re taking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialbird solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far Dialbird has solved almost every single one of our calling and messaging problems. The biggest benefit is having the AI phone agent in the same place as the phone system, and being able to let the team work together all in the same place.
