What do you like best about Diaflow?

What I like best about Diaflow is the drag-and-drop interface — it's pretty intuitive and didn't take long to get used to. Building automated workflows is noticeably faster than doing things manually before, saving a decent chunk of time each week. The integrations I've used have also been solid, without many glitches The pricing feels reasonable for what we're getting — the time saved from automating our workflows more than makes up for the cost. What do you dislike about Diaflow?

If I had to pick something, I'd say a couple of minor UI details could be a bit more polished, but it doesn't get in the way of actually using the product. Looking forward to seeing more integrations added as the platform grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diaflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Diaflow, our team spent a lot of time manually piecing together different steps in our workflow, which was slow and left room for mistakes. Now that process is automated end-to-end, so tasks that used to take hours get done much faster and more consistently.
