DFNS continues to deliver meaningful enhancements to its platform, including new capabilities such as cross-chain swaps. Previously, our team relied on a third-party solution outside of the DFNS dashboard, but these new secure integrations now allow us to manage the entire swap process within a single environment. This gives us greater operational control while simplifying reconciliation and improving overall efficiency. One of the standout aspects of working with DFNS has been their support. They maintain an active support channel with specialists covering technical questions, implementation, and general product guidance. Given that our team operates across multiple time zones, their responsiveness has been especially valuable and has helped keep projects moving without unnecessary delays. From a technical perspective, our CTO noted that the integration was straightforward and well documented, allowing us to get up and running quickly with minimal friction. I personally find the dashboard easy to navigate and saves our team time when adding new wallet structures and policies. Finally, their pricing is extremely competitive, particularly considering the quality of the platform and support they provide. As we continue to scale, we're looking forward to moving into the next performance tier together as our transaction volumes grow throughout Q3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dfns? We always want to understand the risks associated with adopting new technology. In our view, every company—including DFNS—benefits from sharing real-world case studies where market participants experienced losses, operational failures, or security incidents. Those examples are often the most valuable learning opportunities for customers. I’m a strong believer in taking guidance from experienced industry leaders and learning from situations that have already occurred in the market. Transparent case-study guidance helps companies make better decisions around security, operational controls, treasury management, and incident response. While we have had a very positive experience with DFNS, we believe the industry as a whole would benefit from more structured educational content focused not only on successful implementations, but also on lessons learned from real incidents and how those risks could have been mitigated. What problems is Dfns solving and how is that benefiting you? As DFNS continues to build the infrastructure layer for moving programmable money around the globe at the speed of the internet, it allows companies like ours to focus on what we do best—building exceptional user experiences, growing our business, and serving our customers. DFNS has solved one of the most complex and sensitive pieces of the payments puzzle: secure, automated digital asset infrastructure. By abstracting away much of the operational and security complexity, they've enabled us to accelerate product development with confidence while maintaining the controls expected of a modern financial platform. Rather than spending our engineering resources building and maintaining wallet security infrastructure, we can invest our time in innovation, marketing, and delivering value to our customers. You are right that this industry publishes wins and buries failures. We can point to our own record, which is zero breaches and zero security incidents since August 2020, but a clean record is not an education. The instructive material sits in the incidents that happened elsewhere: blind signing, compromised operator workstations, approval flows with one real human in them, key ceremonies with a single point of failure. Each one has a control that would have caught it. We try to write them in the security section of our blog.
