What do you like best about DFIN ActiveDisclosure?

ActiveDisclosure utilizes a very user-friendly interface with Microsoft Excel and Word files as the source documents. The customer support team is also extremely responsive. The result is high-quality and accurate filings every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DFIN ActiveDisclosure?

I don't run into many downsides with ActiveDisclosure. Perhaps having to define the Named Ranges within Excel for us in the AD tool, but this is not overly burdensome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DFIN ActiveDisclosure solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do not have an internal XBRL expert, so having AD support us with this is incredibly helpful. The tool also helps us minimize wasted time when creating new documents by allowing us to leverage past filings. DFIN also helps us save on certain costs, particularly as it relates to Proxy season, because we can do all of the draft markups internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
