I love how Dextego takes AI coaching a step further by collecting and analyzing information about stakeholders, which helps me to better mirror and engage with them. This makes them more likely to work with me. I really, really love this part about Dextego. The AI agent allows me to practice and connect with stakeholders, understand exactly who I'm talking to and what conversations work best with them, and provides suggestions to keep discussions going. I think definitely having an onboarding experience on how to use it is really helpful. It's not necessarily super intuitive if you just go in and start using it.
