"Easy WhatsApp Marketing Integration with Flexible API and Great Carousel Messages"

5/5

What do you like best about Dexatel?

I like how easy Dexatel makes WhatsApp integration, especially for marketing. The carousel messages are great for showcasing multiple products or offers in one message and the API gives us the flexibility to build around our needs without unnecessary complexity. What do you dislike about Dexatel?

There are a few areas where I think the platform could be a little more intuitive, especially when you are setting things up for the first time. Some features take a bit of exploring before you understand the best was to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dexatel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dexatel has made it much easier for us to use WhatsApp as part of our marketing communication without having to build the whole messaging infrastructure ourselves and the support team was helpful whenever we had questions or got stuck during setup. It saved us a lot of time compared with trying to figure everything out on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
