What do you like best about Dexatel?

1) We use Dexatel for plan renewal reminders, usage alerts, service updates and subscriber verification. These messages are triggered by events in our billing and subscriber systems, so the API needs to handle different types of traffic without us managing each one separately.

2) The pricing was usually clear during our evaluation. Dexatel has a calculator on its website where we could select the destination and expected volume and get an initial estimate. We still needed a custom discussion for our larger volumes but at least we had a realistic starting point before speaking with sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dexatel?

We would like more detailed reporting by destination, operator and message type. At our volume, it should be easier to separate delivery issues affecting one route from a broader problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dexatel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our internal systems already know when a subscriber is approaching a usage limit, needs to renew a plan or has requested a verification code. Dexatel handles the next step by sending the message and returning the delivery result.
