What do you like best about Dexatel?

We connected Dexatel to our booking system and use it for several specific messages. Guests receive a confirmation after booking, check in information before arrival, and an update if something changes with their reservation.

We use both SMS and WhatsApp, so having them with the same provider is easier than managing separate integrations. Our system decides when the message should be sent and Dexatel handles the actual delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dexatel?

WhatsApp was less straightforward to setup than SMS, and we needed some help during the process. The support team helped us, but clearer guidance inside the dashboard would still be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dexatel solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted our booking system to send guest messages automatically without maintaining a different technical setup for each channel. Dexatel gives us one integration for SMS and WhatsApp and we can check whether each message was delivered. This has made our pre-arrival communication easier to manage.
