What do you like best about Dexatel?

We use Dexatl every day for verification messages and the main thing I like is that we don't have to think about it much. OTPs go out, delivery is good and if we notice something unusual their team is responsive.

We have customers in several markets so this was important for us. With our old setup we were spending too much time checking why messages were delayed in one country or another Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dexatel?

Would be good to have more detailed reporting in the dashboard. We can get the information we need but some things could be easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dexatel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer verification. We send OTPs for login and account related actions. The biggest benefit is probably fewer delivery problems and less time spent by our team investigating them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
