What do you like best about DevRev?

Honestly the way bugs and roadmap items are connected is what got me. In most tools these live in completely separate places and you're constantly switching context. With DevRev I can see exactly which roadmap initiative a recurring bug ties back to, which makes planning conversations way more grounded. The UI is also pretty clean compared to Jira, the team noticed it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

Some workflows feel half baked still. Not in a way that blocks anything, but you can tell certain features need another iteration. Coming from more mature tools you notice the rough edges, small things that should take one click take three. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?

The disconnect between bug queues and product planning was a real pain. Engineering had their list, product had theirs, and they rarely talked to each other properly. DevRev basically merged those two worlds so when we're grooming the roadmap we're actually factoring in real bug backlog weight. Prioritization calls are more honest now and there's less back and forth between product and eng on what gets worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
