What do you like best about Devprop?

DevProp is, hands down, one of the most efficient tools we’ve adopted. It eliminates a lot of the manual work involved in managing property listings and handling client interactions, so our agents can focus on closing deals rather than constantly updating data. What do you dislike about Devprop?

Honestly, the only real challenge at the beginning was just how powerful and feature-rich the platform is. Since it covers so much—from granular inventory controls to deep workflow automations—it really benefits from a focused onboarding session so you can set everything up properly. It’s definitely not a basic, bare-bones tool you can simply click through in five minutes, but once you realize how much time it saves later on, that upfront setup feels well worth the investment. What problems is Devprop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before DevProp, our biggest bottleneck was operational fragmentation. We were juggling property listings across multiple portals, managing incoming inquiries on separate messaging apps, and tracking deal stages in disconnected spreadsheets. Hot leads were slipping through the cracks simply because response times were too slow and data had to be entered twice.

The Benefit:
