The biggest benefit is that we do not have to micromanage the QA function. Their team knows what needs to be tested, follows up when requirements are unclear, flags release risks early, and keeps us informed without creating unnecessary meetings or reporting overhead.
They provide the visibility we need while taking responsibility for the actual execution. From our perspective, QA simply runs in the background, and we can focus on building the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing significant we are unhappy with. We still need to provide context when priorities or product requirements change, but the operational side of testing is handled independently and reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
