What do you like best about DeviQA?

Their QA engineers operate like part of the internal team rather than an external testing function. They participate in discussions, flag risks early, and take ownership instead of waiting for tickets to be handed over. We also liked their practical approach to AI. They focused on use cases that could actually reduce repetitive work and speed up testing rather than introducing tools for the sake of it. What do you dislike about DeviQA?

Recommendations to others considering DeviQA:

Do not treat DeviQA purely as extra testing capacity. Give their engineers visibility into the product roadmap, release process, and current QA bottlenecks. What problems is DeviQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially brought in two QA engineers from DeviQA to strengthen our testing capacity. They embedded directly into our delivery process, learned the product quickly, and helped us bring more structure to how testing was handled across the team. Their contribution went beyond test execution. They helped standardize test planning, regression coverage, defect reporting, documentation, and release-readiness checks. They also introduced AI-assisted workflows into selected parts of the testing process, helping the team work faster without treating AI as a replacement for engineering judgment.
